Official All-in-one signed installers for macOS High Sierra (10.13) and newer can be downloaded.

To install QGIS on Mac follow the below steps:

1. Check the downloads folder in your system and open it.

2. New terms and conditions screen will appear, click on Agree button.

3. Now hold and drag the file into Applications for installing Q-Mac.

4. Click the Applications icon, and run it.

5. Now QGIS Software is initialized in your mac system, and is ready to use.
