What is ArcGIS Marketplace?
ArcGIS Marketplace is a features, products and services that extend the capabilities of ArcGIS to include industry, and workflow-specific solutions built by Esri‘s global partner and distributor community.
It is an online marketplace for customers to discover valuable new capabilities and applications, and connect directly with developers to obtain new solutions.

Marketplace providers
The Marketplace providers are Esri partners, distributors, emerging business partners, and select customers. All Esri partners must meet a set of qualifications to become ArcGIS Marketplace providers.
Marketplace Console
Use Console to manage your Marketplace purchases, trials, and free items.
Sign In Console
Sign in to the ArcGIS Marketplace Console using your ArcGIS account, and credentials to manage sharing or assign licenses for items you have purchased, trialed, or accessed for free. You can also see the status of purchase requests and contact requests sent to Marketplace Providers.
Remember– ArcGIS Marketplace does not support public accounts.
Configure Marketplace
- Verify that you are Sign in of your organization.
- At the top of the site, click Organization and click the Settings tab.
- Click Marketplace on the left side of the page.
- Configure any of the following settings:
- Organization contact
- Purchasers
Organization contact
Enter an email id, website URL, and phone number that will appear on the Provider tab of your organization’s listings.
Purchasers
Click Manage to choose which members of the organization can instantly purchase products from ArcGIS Marketplace using credit and debit cards.
To send purchase requests or get free products, members must either be a default administrator or have a custom role with the privilege to purchase and get free products from Marketplace.
